Where's my Order?

Bigcartel (this shipping platform) does not send out an automated shipping notification to say your book has been sent.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that the order was received, but there will be no shipping notification email. Rest assured: as long as you have received an email confirming your order, it is in the queue awaiting processing and will be packaged and mailed within 5 working days. If orders are very time-sensitive, leave a note at the check-out and, if possible, this will be accommodated.

There is no tracking on shipments, as this would make postal costs prohibitive.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Click & Drop, for which estimated shipping times are given on this page.

However, many things can affect delivery times including public holidays; adverse weather conditions; industrial action or just plain old bad luck. In reality, shipping times work out more like this and are from the date of shipping, (which might be later than the date on which you placed your order). In most of the countries to which KNITSONIK LTD. ships books, "working days" means Mon - Fri and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays and these dates are offered as a rough guideline only.
