Christmas Postal Deadlines

WHEN IS KNITSONIK TAKING MAIL TO THE DEPOT?

KNITSONIK will take any outstanding International Mail orders to the Royal Mail Depot first thing in the morning on Friday, December 14th; if ordering after this point, from any of the countries listed on or before the cut-off date, it is highly unlikely that your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

All KNITSONIK UK orders are sent via first class mail; KNITSONIK will do last festive mailing on Thursday, December 20th and all orders that have arrived between 14th - 20th will be processed. International orders placed after cut-off dates for individual countries (see below) will not arrive in time for Christmas.

There will be no delivery and collection service from Christmas Eve through to Boxing day, however normal service will resume on Thursday December 27th.

KNITSONIK will post any orders that have come in between 20th - 27th on Thursday, December 27th.
